We offer comprehensive, hybrid childbirth education classes designed to prepare you for all aspects of labor, birth, postpartum wellness, infant feeding, and newborn care. NY Baby Prep offers private, personalized childbirth preparation, newborn care and safety classes, breastfeeding consultations, and perinatal mental health support—either in-home or online.
It depends what classes you are looking to do; however, we usually recommend to take our classes from 28 - 35 weeks of your pregnancy.
Class pricing varies based on the topic, length, and whether the session is held privately or shared with another couple. Most private classes range from $350 to $875 per session. We’ll go over all options with you in advance so you can choose what works best for your needs and budget.
We offer in-home services throughout New York City, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Long Island. Virtual sessions are available to clients worldwide. For locations outside of New York City, a travel fee may apply.
Once your dates are confirmed, payment is made at the time of the classes. We’ll provide all the details you need to complete registration once you give us a call and we schedule a class. We accept cash, checks, or virtual payments via Zelle.
Absolutely! Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to actively engage both partners or support people, providing them with practical tips and strategies for effective labor and parenting support.
The class fee covers participation for two individuals. If you would like to include more than two people, please get in touch with us for customized pricing.
We support expectant and new parents, especially those with a busy lifestyle, by offering expert, personalized health information tailored to your unique schedule and needs. Our goal is to make it simple for every parent to access guidance and support whenever it’s needed.
Coverage depends on your individual insurance plan. While we provide itemized receipts for all services rendered, reimbursement is determined by your provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company for details on coverage and reimbursement eligibility. If you need help with documentation, our team is happy to assist.
